Pekin & Pekin is a full-service law firm and is organised into two divisions: Consultancy and Litigation.

Consultancy

In Consultancy the main practice teams are Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate, M&A, Competition, Employment, Intellectual Property, Tax and Advisory.

The services provided by the division vary and can generally be summarised as:

• Advising on laws and regulations from a Turkish perspective
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising agreements and documents
• Providing additional legal assistance and advice on a variety of matters
• Updating clients on legal developments in Turkey affecting their business interests

Litigation

In Litigation the main practice team is Dispute Resolution.

The services provided by the division vary and can generally be summarised as:

• Legal assistance in relation to local and international dispute resolution
• Representation in matters of litigation
• International and local arbitration
