Position Description

PEKİN & PEKİN is looking for a Billing & Accounts Assistant to join its support team.

Main responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibility for the Firm's time and billing systems

• Time entry - managing lawyers' time entry
• Monthly & ongoing billing -preparing, sending and amending client invoices; answering queries regarding invoices, VAT and tax
• Maintaining the time and billing database
• Client-related expenses - allocation, analysing and onward billing of expenses

Assisting the general accountant

• Analysing and reporting monthly expenses
• Reconciling cash advance requests and expense reimbursements
• Building relationships with service providers

Requirements

The right person should be:

As a minimum:

• A native English speaker with advanced written and spoken Turkish skills
• A university graduate
• Meticulous with a high level of numerical accuracy
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Males should have completed their military service, if applicable

• Able to meet deadlines and achieve results

• Professional and friendly
• A good communicator
• Able to demonstrate initiative, self motivation and creativity
