Our support staff ensure that the Firm operates effectively and is crucial to our continued success. As the Firm looks to the future, we are focusing more on the role of support staff and how each individual contributes actively to our strategy.

Support staff are organised into the following teams. We have a mix of Turkish and foreign individuals who all bring something unique to the Firm.
