The need to realise large-scale projects in Turkey has spurred the government on to developing a comprehensive legal framework for PPP projects. The draft PPP law and subsequent regulations are the topic of much discussion as investors' interest in potential PPPs in key sectors peaks. Below is an overview of the new PPP law and the current interest in Turkey given by team leader Kemal Serdengeçti.
