Sezin Okkan Çalışkan is head of the Capital Markets team and is noted for her expertise in derivatives and regulatory M&As, where one of the parties is an entity regulated by the Turkish Capital Markets Board or banking authorities. She has been with the Firm for nine years and has also been selected as an IFLR leading lawyer.

Ahmed Pekin leads the Banking & Finance team and has accumulated 40 years of experience, mainly in cross-border transactions. He is the founding partner of the Firm and acknowledged for leading groundbreaking, large-scale financing projects in Turkey.
