PPPs in Turkey is the hot deal ticket with international investors and legal counsel discussing Turkey's efforts to introduce a uniform legal framework via the draft PPP law. Particular sectors under focus are transportation (highways, ports, airports and railways), energy and healthcare. The scope of PPPs is no longer restricted to infrastructure and has become broader incorporating service delivery as efficiency and value-driven solutions are required.
