As a Corporate Team Leader, Ali will be advising clients on Corporate, Competition and Tax transactions, and has extensive experience in the tax and corporate structuring of cross-border transactions, especially in various forms of M&A. Ali previously worked with Deloitte & Touche and White & Case and has a Ph.D. in Business Combinations.
