Celebrating efforts and the effectiveness of firms in implementing gender initiatives, focus points were talent management, gender diversity, pro bono, innovation, minority women, mentoring and work-life balance. With female lawyers outnumbering male lawyers in Pekin & Pekin, gender issues are a priority for the Firm and implementing fair and effective policies is central to succeeding as a progressive law firm. Collecting the award, Gökben Erdem Dirican thanked Euromoney for recognising Pekin & Pekin and for inviting the Firm to celebrate the achievements of women leading the field in the legal sector across Europe. Other awards won by the Firm this year include International Financial Law Review's Turkish Law Firm of the Year and International Legal Alliance Summit & Awards Gold Turkish Law Firm of the Year.
