Göze joined Capital Markets team at Pekin & Pekin in 2018 and she is currently leading the team as a Partner. She actively participated in various complex cross-border and domestic capital markets and derivatives transactions, including public offerings, bond issuances, securitization, foreign and local securities and she advises regularly on regulatory matters including legal compliance and data protection issues.
Göze represents multinational banks, financial institutions, brokerage firms, portfolio management companies, investment funds and corporations in their various capital markets transactions and advises on investment services and establishment of financial institutions. She has been involved in derivatives transactions, repo and securities lending transactions under standardized documentation, Islamic finance transactions including Murabaha and Tahawwut transactions and has been providing assistance to major global firms and cryptocurrency exchanges in relation to crypto currencies and token issuances. Göze is a Robert College alumna and Istanbul University alumna where she continues her second degree on economics.
