The Decree (Law No. 2009/14803) was enacted on 16 March 2009 and has reduced the ratio of Resource Utilisation Support Fund (RUSF) to 10% from 15% for the purpose of consumer loans granted by banks and financial institutions to natural persons on the condition that such loans are not used for commercial purposes.
