With the CMB decision dated 9 September 2009 and numbered 28/780 a new security provision policy has been adopted with respect to securities, pledges and mortgages (“SPM”) provided as securities over receivables of third parties. This decision delineates the conditions for providing SPM, the measures with respect to SPM issued on/before the date of this decision and the significant changes to be applied to the articles of associations of publicly traded companies, public disclosures and other related matters.
