The Council of Ministers issued Decree No. 2010/974 (published in the Official Gazette dated 28 October 2010, No. 27743) increasing the ratio of the Resource Utilisation Support Fund (“RUSF”) to be accrued on consumer loans to 15% for the purpose of consumer loans granted by banks and financial institutions to natural persons on the condition that such loans are not used for commercial purposes.
