The Communiqué Regarding the Principles on Venture Investment Trusts (Serial No. VI/23) was enacted on 21 January 2009 introducing the concept of "allotted sales" to the scope of the Communiqué and new special provisions in relation to the same, along with expansions to the scope of the investments and activities that may be realised by venture investment trusts and the limitations imposed on the same.
