The Communiqué Regarding the Registration, Purchase & Sale of Call Warrants (Serial No. III/36) was enacted on 21 January 2009 introducing the concept of "call warrants" and special provisions in relation to their issuance, along with registration with the CMB and principles with respect to the exercising of rights derived from these warrants.
