The Communiqué Regarding Principles on the Public Disclosure of Material Events by Publicly-held Companies whose Shares/Instruments are Not Listed in Any Market (Serial No. VIII/57) was enacted on 6 February 2009 introducing new provisions in relation to the public disclosure of material events by publicly-held companies whose shares/instruments are not listed in any market, along with the determining criteria for the consideration of events as material events, and the means, scope and characteristics of these public disclosures.
