The CMB has formed a new stock exchange market in order to establish a fair and transparent platform whereby securities of companies with development and growth potential are traded in order to raise funds from capital markets. Provisions with respect to registration prerequisites, required application documents lists, deregistration, costs, rules and various other significant aspects of the transactions are delineated in the Regulation on the Istanbul Stock Exchange Developing Businesses Market (published in the Official Gazette, dated 18 August 2009 and numbered 27323).
