| The Communiqué on Principles regarding Intermediary Activities and Intermediary Institutions (Serial V, No: 46) was amended on 22 October 2009. In cases where a non-public intermediary institution withdraws from capital markets activities by requesting the cancelation of all its capital markets licences, it is now possible for such intermediary institution to incorporate a new intermediary institution, provided that the requirements sought for the incorporation of intermediary firms are satisfied. |
