The Istanbul Stock Exchange (“ISE”) issued the Circular (dated 30 December 2009 and numbered 317) regarding the public disclosure of material events. The Circular, to be effective as of 1 January 2010, envisages provisions and procedures for the public disclosure of material events, financial reports and other documents. In light of the Circular, the said announcements are to be made to the ISE through the Public Announcement Platform (KAP), rather than making direct applications to the ISE.
