The Communiqué Regarding Repo and Reverse-Repo Transactions (Serial V, No: 7) was amended on 18 March 2010. In light of the amendment, bank guaranteed bills have been removed from the list of the capital market instruments subject to repo and reverse-repo transactions. Furthermore, new principles in relation to the evaluation of and collateral rates for private sector debt instruments have been introduced.
