The president of the CMB, Vedat Akgiray, has stated the plan to enact the regulation for the FOREX market before the end of the second quarter of 2010. Furthermore, he announced the intention to enact the new Capital Market Law before the end of 2010; however, no draft has been announced to the public in this respect.
