The Communiqué regarding Principles in relation to the Sale of Debt Instruments and Registration of Debt Instruments with the Capital Markets Board (Serial II, No: 24) was announced on 18 March 2010. Among other changes, the amendment introduces new provisions allowing the collective registration of debt instruments having different interest and maturity structures, as well as a new registration fee payment system.
