The Communiqué regarding the Principles of Portfolio Management Activities and the Institutions that Conduct such Activities (Serial V. No: 59) issued by the CMB was amended on 2 July 2010. Portfolio management companies are now permitted to act as market consultants for the Istanbul Stock Exchange Emerging Companies Market.
