The Communiqué regarding Venture Capital Companies (Serial VI. No: 15) was amended on 4 July 2010. Accordingly, the maximum rate of investments, other than venture capital investments, which can be realized by venture capital trusts has been increased; it is now possible to invest in the non-traded shares of public companies and the restriction preventing investments in public companies has been abolished; and a minimum floating rate for such companies has been determined.
