The planned enacted date of the Draft Law on Exporters' Associations and the Establishment of the Exporters' Assembly is the beginning of the third quarter of 2009. This law is planned to govern the procedures and principles regarding the establishment, functions, duties and auditing of exporter associations and the Exporters' Assembly of Turkey, as well as the rights and obligations of their members, in order to contribute to economic development by organising and providing co-operation among exporters.
