The Communiqué on the Registration of Business Establishments Controlled Jointly by Legal Entities through Partnership without a Legal Personality with the Trade Registry (Communiqué No. 2009/2) was enacted on 1 April 2009. Accordingly, business establishments controlled through partnerships without a legal personality, i.e. joint ventures, formed by legal entities to achieve a specific purpose and to make a profit now may be registered with the Trade Registry upon request.
