The Law on Exporters’ Associations and the Establishment of the Exporters’ Assembly has finally been enacted (published in the Official Gazette dated 3 July 2009, No.27277). This Law aims to contribute to economic development by organising and providing co-operation among exporters, and contains provisions governing procedures and principles regarding the establishment, functions and duties, the auditing of exporter associations, and the rights and obligations of members.
