The Secretariat of Foreign Trade enacted a Communiqué regarding the Customs Union Agreement between the European Union and Turkey on 6 June 2010. The Communiqué sets out the products that the EU plans to include under tariff quotas as of 1 January 2011 whereby the custom duty between two parties will be suspended.
