A new Draft Law on Amendments to the Governance and Duties of Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre has been issued. The Draft aims to reorganize the structure and objectives of the Land Registry Directorate, and introduce new obligations, and envisages the establishment of the Land Registry and Cadastre Council and foundation of floating capital businesses.
