Under the scrutiny of the Justice Commission since 5 February 2009, the Draft Law of Obligations and the Draft Law on the Implementation of the Law of Obligations are being discussed in the Grand National Assembly. The Draft Law of Obligations envisages many significant changes including standardised terms of contracts.
