The Regulation on the Technical Evaluation of License Applications based on Wind Energy was amended on 19 May 2009. The amendments have provided exceptions to the technical evaluation obligation, notification requirements for the legal entities without conformity letters and for which a connection compliance opinion has been prepared, and the reduced number of required documents to be sent by Energy Market Regulatory Authority to the EIE. Additionally, the required documents list enumerated in Annex 2 of this regulation has been amended to include and exclude some information.
