Further to the amendment to the Licensing Regulation (Law No. 4628), until 31 December 2015 if the Turkish Electricity Distribution Company (TEIAS) does not have sufficient funding for additional transmission facilities regarding connecting generation facilities to the system, such facilities may be built or financed collectively by legal persons or the persons that requested the connection.
