The Communiqué on Connection to the Transmission and Distribution Systems and System Utilisation in the Electricity Market (published in the Official Gazette dated 27 March 2003 and numbered 25061) has been amended with respect to determining the ownership of energy distribution lines of generation facilities connecting the same to the distribution system loose connection.
