The Electricity Market Network Regulation was amended on 26 November 2009. The amendment stipulates changes to (i) the principles and procedures applicable to legal entities that provide additional electricity market services, (ii) the nominal frequency of the system, (iii) the design and performance conditions of generation facilities, (iv) the operating reserves and their constituents, (v) emergency precautions and the applicable procedures, (vi) testing, monitoring and control principles and procedures, and (vii) technical procedures and tests.
