The Regulation on the Electricity Facility Project (published in the Official Gazette dated 16 December 2009 and numbered 27434) has been enacted. This regulation sets forth principles applicable to electricity facility projects in order to ensure their safe and compatible connection with the national transmission and distribution networks. The regulation also stipulates the required document lists for the approval applications of electricity facility projects (such as hydroelectric power, wind power, geothermal power and nuclear facility projects).
