On 13 April 2010, the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (“EMRA”) announced the list of dissolved companies that did not meet the 60,000 ton/year sale obligation. The legal basis for the decision was Article 17 of the Regulation of Petrol Market Licenses. The article stipulates that “distributors that cannot sell 60,000 tons of gas or diesel oil can be closed down by the decision of the Authority”.
