The Regulation on the Competition of License Applications Regarding Wind Energy Production Facilities Establishment was published on 22 September 2010 in accordance with the Electricity Market Law No.4628. The Regulation has been enacted to determine the procedures and principles of the contest to determine the parties that will be connected to the wind energy production system and the Wind Energy Based Power Generation Plant Contribution in case more than one license application for construction of facilities based on wind energy in the same region and/or substation is submitted.
