The Regulation on the Implementation of Article 16 of the Forestry Law was enacted on 30 September 2010. According to the Regulation, new principles and procedures with respect to the permissions and consents to be obtained according to Article 16 of the Forestry Law regarding mining operations in forestry land and related fees to be collected have been envisaged, and the scope of the obtainment of consents in forestry land has been determined.
