The Energy Market Regulatory Authority has added a provisional article to the Electricity Market Grid Regulation (published in the Official Gazette on 22 January 2003 and numbered 25001). According to the article, production facilities approved by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources before 22 January 2003 or  production facilities in connection with the Electricity Production Joint-Stock Company whose agreements were concluded before the said date shall be determined within the framework of the relevant legislation.
