The published Communiqué on Insurance Arbitration Procedure and Insurance Arbitrators published was enacted on 21 January 2009. Other than existing common arbitrations, this Communiqué introduces high qualification standards for insurance arbitration and sets forth the formation of a qualified insurance arbitrators list, along with the implementation of special provisions in relation to the procedure of insurance arbitration.
