Two regulations with respect to radio operators have been abolished (effected as of 5 February 2009):

i) The Regulation on the Examination for Radio Operators (published in Official Gazette dated 20 April 1991 and numbered 20848); and,
ii) The Regulation on Radio Broadcast Controls (published in Official Gazette dated 22 February 1990 and numbered 20441).
